ஒன்று முதல் ஐந்தாம் வகுப்பு வரை பயிலும் மாணவர்களுக்கு தேர்ச்சி தரநிலை அட்டைகள் வழங்குதல் -நிதி விடுவித்து மாநில திட்ட இயக்குநர் உத்தரவு செயல்முறைகள்.

Student Report Card has been planned to design based on the performance of the children in line with the Ennum Ezhuthum Indicators and overall development of the child including skills , attitude , etc. for all the students of classes 1 to 5 of Government schools of the State . In this context , Student Report Card was designed using principies of design thinking such that even non - literate parents can easily understand their child's progress.

 In specific , this progress card will capture learning progress of the children and these details will be linked with state EMIS to generate across the year progress cards.

 In this milieu , in the reference cited , it is recommended Rs.102.3784 lakh for development of Student Report Card for 2047568 Students of classes 1 to 5 in Government Schools as per UDISE + . The District wise allotment of fund is as follows :
