IFHRMS ACCESS TIMINGS

Dear Sir/ Madam,

IFHRMS application shall be enabled for end users with the following access timings today *15.12.2023*:

1.) No restriction for Finance, Budget, PAO(Sectt), PAO (HC) and SPAO (HC Bench) MDU.

2.) Between *09:00 AM to 11:00 AM* - Access enabled for TOs and DDOs of Chennai and Trichy regions.

3.) Between *11:00 AM to 1:30 PM* - Access enabled for all PAOs/SPAOs and DDOs of PAOs/SPAOs.

4.) Between *2:00 PM to 4:00 PM* - Access enabled for TOs and DDOs of Vellore and Coimbatore regions.

5.) Between *4:00 PM to 6:00 PM* - Access enabled for TOs and DDOs of Madurai and Tirunelveli regions.

6.) Between *8:00AM to 9:00AM and again 6:00 PM to 07:00 PM* - Exclusive access enabled for Treasury users to create payment batches.

7.) Between *7:00 PM to 10:00 PM* - Access enabled for all the users.

8.) After *10:00 PM till early morning hours* - Access only for the Technical team to complete the MFR, Bill generation and server maintenance activities.
