In the reference letter third cited it is requested to send the Transport details and Teachers incharge for students during transit in the form ' e ' . Further all the Chief Educational officers are requested to appoint one Nodal officer for each district. Nodal officer should contact the Managing Director of the Transport Department and submit the details of Bus route and buses required for the students and the copy of the same should be sent to Director of School Education E mail ID on 08.06.2020 before 3 pm without fail . Instructions should be given to all teachers and students to wear ID card and students should have Hall ticket in their hand . Moreover bus details should be informed to the students well in advance.
