NOTIFICATION.

In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to Article 309 of the Constitution of India, the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby makes the following amendment to the Tamil Nadu Government Servants' Conduct Rules, 1973.

2. The amendment hereby made shall be deemed to have come into force on the 27th January 2020.

AMENDMENT.

In the said Rules, in rule 24-A, after the fourth proviso, the following proviso shall be added, namely:- "Provided also that the Government Servants proceeding on Jerusalem Pilgrimage through Government Schemes are exempted from obtaining "No Objection Certificate"."
