Samagra Shiksha, School Education Department Tamil Nadu is providing an opportunity for teachers who teach students who are dyslexic / having reading disorders/ slow learners by giving access to a paid mobile app. MDA is offering this paid app free of cost for *1000 licenses* in phase 1.(Government and Aided Schools only ) across Tamil Nadu.

This app uses the OCR technology to translate English text captured as a picture into a readable format and can be used to read any printed material – storybooks, textbooks, and newspapers. A clean, distraction-free interface packed with rich features makes the app an essential tool that can be used in tandem with other strategies for dyslexia.
