Dear sir, It is to be noted that IFHRMS site is closed from 7 p.m everyday. It is functionless during holidays. During most of the working hours, it gets slowly connected. Many a time, we try. But the site shows: SERVICE REQUEST-95. The existing ATBPS site is fully open 24 hours and the regular work is processed without time constraint. Who can recommend the site holders of IFHRMS to make the site open by 24 X 7. When they do so, the target will be achieved without any delay.
