    Even god cannot satisfy all.. Its impossible for everone to get post, sure postings will be considered for both 2013 & 2017.. As per new weightage GO, whoever having good score will get the post.. And others can atleast be confident that next time they also will get because of change on weightage, soon it will become very hard for candidates to clear TET.. So we need to wait for weightage change..

      From this KANNA, we can learn something,.he said 2018 Jan next tet will be announced. So before December all tet processes will be over which is a positive move. So everything is in control and don't worry guys. First he was telling there is no more vacancies, becos all are surpluses. Then he was saying postings are there and it will take one year to complete the process. Then now he is saying all processes will end by December, so that next tet an be called for. At last he confirmed the news which our ANON SISSY and few more friends like Tony sir was saying. So my dear friends don't believe these jokers who make unwanted confusions here. Also these people are full of sadism who enjoys seeing on other people sufferings. Soon these people will fly off from here once we get the posting.

      One more thing is two weeks back, there was a news that saying "weightage மாற்றத்திற்கான குழு தன் பணியை துவங்கியது", which was also said by our sengal. Now they are saying "3 நாளில் குழு அமைக்கப்படும் ". So which is true?? So therefore, weightage is ready and we can expect the g.o anytime. So be positive and stay cool. Very good morning guys.

    கரூரில் நேற்று நடைபெற்ற 45-வது ஜவஹர்லால் நேரு மாநில அளவிலான அறிவியல் கண்காட்சியை தொடங்கி வைத்த அவர் பின்னர் செய்தியாளர்களுக்கு அளித்த பேட்டி:ஆசிரியர் தகுதித் தேர்வில் வெயிட்டேஜ் முறையை ரத்து செய்வது குறித்து ஆய்வு செய்து அறிக்கை அளிப்பதற்கான குழு 2 அல்லது3 தினங்களில் அமைக்கப்படும். 15 நாட்களுக்குள் இக்குழுவிடம் இருந்து அறிக்கை பெறப்பட்டு அதன் அடிப்படையில் நடவடிக்கை எடுக்கப்படும்

    வட மாவட்டங்களில் காலியிடம் 60% வீதம் உள்ளது. தென்மாவட்டங்களில் 90% உபரி ஆசிரியர்கள் உள்ளனர்.
    Weightage ஆல் பாதிக்கபட்டவர்களுக்காக எதிர்காலத்தில் ஓய்வு பெற போகும் ஆசிரியர் காலியிடங்களை கருத்தில் கொண்டு குறைந்த இடங்களை நிரப்ப அரசு முயற்சி செய்யும்(?????????????).

    Weightage மாற்றத்திற்கு பிறகு
    Paper 1 Cv நடக்கும்,பின்னர் அனைவருக்கும் Individual Weightage சரிபார்க்க (Paper 1&2) செய்யப்படும். அதற்கும் கால அவகாசம் தரப்படும்.தவறு ஏதேனும் இருப்பின் Trb யி ல் முறையிடலாம்.

    இது எல்லாம் நடக்க எவ்வளவு காலமென நீங்களே யூகித்து கொள்ளுங்கள்.

    பாதிக்க பட்டவர்களுக்கு கண் துடைப்பிற்காக எதாவது செய்து விட்டு

    SC & SCA - 18% ( SCA க்கு 3% உள் ஒதுக்கீடு)

    ST-1%.

    அவ்ளோதான்


    இப்ப SC & SCA இரண்டு பேருக்கும் சேர்த்து 18 பேர். இதில் குறைந்த பட்சம் 3 பேர் SCA சேர்த்தே ஆக வேண்டும்.அந்த 3 பேர் SC ஐ விட கம்மியா MARK எடுத்திருந்தா கூட தவறில்லை. அதிகபட்சம் 18 பேரும் SCA CANDIDATES ஆக கூட இருக்க முடியும்.SC CANDIDATES எல்லாமே இவர்களைவிட கம்மியா MARK ஒருவேளை எடுத்திருந்தா.

    First 3 பேர் SCA CANDIDATES ஆ இருந்துட்டா அதுக்கப்புறம் மீதியுள்ள 15 POST க்கு SC ஐ விட அதிக MARK எடுத்தாதான் LIST ல வர முடியும். மீதியுள்ள 15% கடைசி 3 POST SCA க்கு கொடுக்க மாட்டாங்க.அது FIRST லே வந்துவிட்டதால்!!!"

    2013 Weightage பாதிக்கபட்டவர்களுக்கு பணி வழங்க ஆய்வு.இதையே அடிக்கடி கூறுகிறார் இதிலிருந்து நடக்கபோவது!!!!

    மாறவிருக்கும் Weightage ல் 2013 தேர்ச்சி பெற்றவர்களுக்கு சாதகமான அம்சம் அதிகபட்சம் இடம்பெற வாய்ப்புண்டு.

    1.TET WEIGHTAGE 60 லிருந்து அதிகபட்சம் 80 வரை மாற்ற வாய்ப்புண்டு.

    2.TET SENIORITY கடைபிடிக்க வாய்ப்பு. வருடத்திற்கு 0.5 மதிப்பெண் கொடுத்தால் 2013 TET தேர்ச்சி பெற்றோருக்கு
    4* 0.5 = 2 WEIGHTAGE கூடுதலாக கிடைக்கும்.இந்த மதிப்பெண் 2017 தேர்ச்சி பெற்றோருக்கு கிடைக்க வாய்ப்பில்லை.
