EMIS update all schools.முதல் வகுப்பு மாணவர்களை பதிவேற்றம் செய்யலாம்.
முதலில் நாம் செய்ய வேண்டியது நம்மிடம் படித்து ஜூன்-2015 க்கு பிறகுTC
வாங்கி சென்ற மாணவர்களை transfer செய்ய வேண்டும்.Transfer செய்வதற்கு முன்
மாணவனின் admission no, date of TC issued கண்டிப்பாக வைத்து கொள்ள
வேண்டும்.
பின் வெளி பள்ளிகளில் இருந்து நம் பள்ளிகளில் சேர்ந்த மாணவர்களை common
pool லிருந்து நம் பள்ளிக்கு கொண்டு வந்து சரியான வகுப்பில் சேர்த்து கொள்ள
வேண்டும்.
Common pool என்பது Transfer செய்யப்பட்ட மாணவர்கள் அனைவரும் இதில் இருப்பார்கள். அதிலிருந்து தான் நம் பள்ளிக்கு கொண்டு வர வேண்டும்.
இதெல்லாம் முடித்த பிறகே முதல் வகுப்பு மாணவர்களின் பதிவை மேற்கொள்ளலாம்.
ஏனென்றால் முதல் வகுப்பு மாணவனின் விவரங்கள் (blood group, height,weight போன்ற 43 விவரங்கள் திரட்டுவதற்கு ஓரிரு நாட்கள் ஆகும்)அனைத்தும் விடுபடாமல் இருந்தால் மட்டுமே save செய்ய முடியும்.
முதலில் நாம் transfer மற்றும் உள்ளீடு செய்வோம். ஏனெனில் common poolல் அரியலூர் மாவட்டத்தில் மட்டுமே 56,000 க்கும் மேற்பட்ட மாணவர்கள் இருக்கிறார்கள்.
இதில் ஏதேனும் சந்தேகம் இருந்தால் இன்று வேண்டாம். நாளை தொடர்பு கொள்ளுங்கள். ஆனால் வேலையை இன்றே நீங்கள் தொடங்கலாம்.

ReplyDeleteI am no expert, but based on my experience for my daughter, I am replying to you. If your daughter had studied in the same school throughout, then that school would have applied for EMIS. If you had changed your daughter in the middle, the new school might ask for emis number. Pl check with old school and you may get the EMIS no.
