 Note:

 All the Addl. Chief Educational Officers (DPC) are requested to identify District team members to monitor, supervise, visit and attend all kinds of work in connection with SLAS 2015 – 16.  Tentatively the date for SLAS 2015 – 2016 is fixed as follows

 The district team should consists of the following officials

 The names of the district team (Format –1) and the name list of the BRTE (Format – 2) (one BRTE per Block –) as far as possible Quality Block Coordinator should be identified at the Block level.

 Soft copy of Format 1 and 2 should be sent to Quality email - id on or before 02.12.2015 and hard copy signed by DPC should be handed over to Quality wing on 03.12.2015.
