    வருவாய்த்துறையின் வேலைகளை கணினி ஆசிரியர்களைக் கொண்டு செய்தால்.11ஆம் வகுப்பு, மற்றும் 12ஆம் வகுப்பு மாணவர்களுக்குப் பாடங்களை நடத்துவது யார்? இது போன்ற உத்தரவுகளால் அரசுப் பள்ளி மாணவர்களின் கல்வி பாதிப்படைகிறது. ஆகவே மூன்று வகைச் சான்று வேலைகளை வருவாய் துறையினரிடமே ஒப்படைக்கவேண்டும். மாணவர்களின் கல்வி ,எதிகாலம் காக்கப் படவேண்டும்.

    Computer instructor has been appointed by the government of tamil nadu, only for teaching computer science for 11th and 12th std in govt higher secondary school. All computer instructors had double degree holders. There are teachers. There are not like as industrial labourers or wage earners or data entry operators. At present education department insisted ( i.e. on Duty) school computer instructor to work as a data entry operator for uploaded ration card and other certificates through online, for issuing income, community certificate and nativity certificate. It is out of school premises. As a result more than 15 days computer science students in all govt hr secondary schools have not engaged in computer science subject classes. It will affected ( I.e., Teaching and Learning process ) discontinuance of teaching of computer science subjects. Who is engaged in computer science classes in the absence of computer instructor in higher secondary school. So most of the school 11th & 12th standard computer science student’s result will be affected. In this situation who is responsible for low percentage of results.
    My suggestion is every Chief Education Office, 20 to 30 data entry operator will be appointed in temporary/consolidated basis by the govt . These data entry operators worked for doing all school work like lap top, cycle, emis, income community certificate works etc. it will help to improve data base system for education dept. Not only will these, but also school students (I.e., Teaching and Learning process) not be affected. First up of all, the govt should initiate this implication, on the basis of trial and error basis. By this way it can be evaluate the success of percentage. And also more number of unemployed persons will get employment opportunity.
