மாணவர்களின் தேர்ச்சி சதவீதத்தை அதிகரிக்க, அரசு பள்ளி ஆசிரியர்களுக்கு,
பல்கலை பேராசிரியர்கள் மூலம், பயிற்சி அளிக்கும் புதிய திட்டம் அறிமுகம்
செய்யப்பட்டுள்ளது. தமிழகத்தில், பள்ளிக் கல்வி துறையின் கீழ் உள்ள, அரசு
பள்ளிகளில் மட்டும், 6ம் வகுப்பு முதல் பிளஸ் 2 வரை, 42 லட்சம் மாணவர்கள்
படிக்கின்றனர். சென்னை தவிர, மற்ற மாவட்டங்களில், தனியார் பள்ளிகளை விட,
அரசு பள்ளிகளில் தான் மாணவர்கள் எண்ணிக்கை அதிகம். ஆனால், தேர்வுகளில்
தேர்ச்சி சதவீதம், தனியார் பள்ளிகளை விட குறைவாக உள்ளது.
எனவே, தேர்ச்சி சதவீதத்தை அதிகரிக்க, அரசு பள்ளி
ஆசிரியர்களுக்கு பலவித பயிற்சிகள் அளிக்கப்படுகின்றன. இதன்படி, பல்கலை
பேராசிரியர்கள் மூலம், ஆசிரியர்களுக்கு பயிற்சி வழங்கும் திட்டம், அறிமுகம்
செய்யப்பட்டுள்ளது.
முதற்கட்டமாக, சென்னை பல்கலை பேராசிரியர்கள் மூலம், சமூக அறிவியல்
ஆசிரியர்களுக்கு பயிற்சி அளிக்கப்படுகிறது. இதில், சென்னை, காஞ்சிபுரம்
மற்றும் திருவள்ளூர் மாவட்டங்களைச் சேர்ந்த, 300 ஆசிரியர்கள்
பங்கேற்கின்றனர்.
வரும், 12ம் முதல், 16ம் தேதி வரை; அதன்பின், 26ம் முதல், 30ம் தேதி வரை

ReplyDeletei am working as an assistant professor in a college. my opinion is, this is incorrect method because school teachers are learning many teaching and learning techniques while studying d.t.ed and b.ed and after getting the appointment many training programmes are being given for the school teachers but college teachers need not learn these. their qualification is either ph.d or passing slet/net after a pg degree. more over during orientation and refresher course for the college teacher only few minutes are being allotted for the teaching and learning styles and techniques. this is viewing a problem ironically and solving that in a inverse manner. those who learn learning styles of learner are better teacher. school teachers are them. govt may adopt peer learning method by forming groups among school teachers. because school teachers know very well about learning techniques and aware the students character and behavior very well because they are studying educational psychology.
