ஆசிரியர் பணி கலந்தாய்வின்போது ராமநாதபுரம் மாவட்டத்தில் 12 அரசு
மேல்நிலைப்பள்ளிகளை தேர்வு செய்ய, யாரும் முன்வரவில்லை.ஆசிரியர்களுக்கு
மாறுதல், பதவி உயர்வு கலந்தாய்வு சமீபத்தில் நடந்தது.

மாவட்டத்தில் வேதாளை, ரெட்டையூரணி, புதுமடம், பெரியபட்டினம்,
எஸ்.பி.பட்டினம், சனவேலி, திருவாடானை, தொண்டி அரசு ஆண்கள் மற்றும் மகளிர்
மேல்நிலைப்பள்ளிகள், மங்களக்குடி, பாண்டுகுடி, ஆர்.எஸ்.மங்கலம்,
திருப்பாலைக்குடி அரசு மேல்நிலைப்பள்ளிகளில் தலைமை ஆசிரியர் பணியிடம்
காலியாக உள்ளதாக தெரிவிக்கப்பட்டது.இப்பணியிடங்களை நிரப்ப ஆக., 12ல்
மாவட்டத்திற்குள் மற்றும் மாவட்டம் விட்டு மாவட்டம் மாறுதல் மற்றும் ஆக.,
14ல் பதவி உயர்வு கலந்தாய்வு நடந்தது.
புதுமடம் அரசு மேல்நிலைப்பள்ளி தலைமை ஆசிரியர் பணியிடம் நிரப்பப்பட்டுள்ளது. மற்ற பணியிடங்களை யாரும் தேர்வு செய்யவில்லை.கடந்த கல்வி ஆண்டு பிளஸ் 2 தேர்வில் நுாறு சதவீத தேர்ச்சி அடைந்த பாண்டுகுடி அரசு மேல்நிலைப்பள்ளி உட்பட 12 பள்ளிகளில் தலைமை ஆசிரியர் பணியிடம் தொடர்ந்து காலியாக உள்ளது.
இதுகுறித்து கல்வி அதிகாரி ஒருவர் கூறியதாவது:ராமநாதபுரம் மாவட்டம் 'பனிஷ்மென்ட் ஏரியா' என்ற மனநிலை அரசு ஊழியர்களை விட்டு அகலவில்லை. கிராம மக்கள் நகருக்கும், நகர்ப்புற மக்கள் வளர்ந்த நகருக்கும் இடம் பெயர்ந்துள்ளனர். பிள்ளைகளின் உயர்கல்வி, வேலைவாய்ப்பை கருத்தில்கொண்டு ராமநாதபுரத்தில் பணியாற்ற யாரும் முன் வருவதில்லை.
ஆசிரியர் பணியிட மாறுதலிலும் இதே நிலை ஏற்பட்டுள்ளது. மாவட்ட கல்வி அதிகாரிகள் பணியிட மாறுதலுக்கு பின் தலைமை ஆசிரியர் காலிப்பணியிடம் மேலும் அதிகரிக்கும்' என்றார்.
Each & Every teacher, including HM category wants to hold their official position nearby to their residential area. The Dept. of School Education has taken a wrong decision some 15 years back that teachers category is not to be transferrable until they reach super-annuation. Hence a teacher or a HM desires to go to their native area or nearby residential area through counselling transfers, and similary it reflects in Promotional counselling too. Through this system only two or three teachers in a same area vieing with each other for one post, and try to pick it up by influencing either bribery to politicians or bureacrats. This is a prime way for increasing scandal and malpractice in counselling process.
ReplyDeleteHence the Dept. of School Education should withdraw its earlier policy of retaining the teacher categories in the same institution or place until they get super annuation or retirement. Every 3 years, all other Govt.Servants are liable to be transferred elsewhere, wherein teachers are sticking on the same school and creating administrative problems and headache to other teachers too. Hence, all teacher categories have to be transferred periodically once in 3 years, atleast within the district, then only all schools may be filled with teaching staff, including HMs universally.
Shall Dept. of School Education change the policy and attermpt to implement the 3 years transfer formula to teachers ?
