பள்ளி ஆசிரியர்களுக்கான பணியிட மாறுதல் கலந்தாய்வு வருகிற 12-ஆம் தேதி தொடங்குகிறது.
தமிழகத்தில் ஒவ்வோர் ஆண்டும் ஆசிரியர் பணியிட மாறுதல் தொடர்பான
இணையவழிக் கலந்தாய்வு மே மாதத்தில் நடைபெறுவது வழக்கம். அவ்வாறு மே மாதம்
பணியிட மாறுதல் தொடர்பான கலந்தாய்வு நடைபெறுவதன் மூலம், அந்தக்
கல்வியாண்டில், கலந்தாய்வில் தேர்வு செய்யும் பள்ளிகளுக்குச் செல்வது
எளிது. மேலும் அந்தக் கல்வி ஆண்டுக்கான பாடத்தையும் மாணவர்களுக்கு
ஆரம்பத்தில் இருந்து ஒரே மாதிரியான முறையில் கற்பிக்க முடியும்.
மாணவர்களுக்கும் ஆசிரியர்களிடம் ஒருங்கிணைப்பு ஏற்படும். மாணவர்களின் திறன்
அறிந்து அவர்களுக்கு தகுந்தவாறு பாடங்களை தெளிவாக நடத்தவும் முடியும்.
ஆனால் இந்த ஆண்டு மே மாதத்தில் கலந்தாய்வு நடத்தப்படவில்லை. இந்த
நிலையில் இந்த ஆண்டுக்கானக் கலந்தாய்வு வருகிற 12-ஆம் தேதி தொடங்கப்பட
உள்ளது.
இது குறித்து காஞ்சிபுரம் மாவட்ட முதன்மைக் கல்வி அலுவலர் உஷா வெளியிட்ட
செய்திக் குறிப்பு: பள்ளிக் கல்வித் துறையின் கட்டுப்பாட்டில் உள்ள அரசு,
நகராட்சி உயர்நிலை, மேல்நிலைப் பள்ளிகளில் பணிபுரியும் ஆசிரியர்களுக்கான
மாறுதல், பதவி உயர்வுகளுக்கான கலந்தாய்வு இணைப்பில் உள்ள கால அட்டவணைப்படி
நடைபெற உள்ளது. எனவே மாறுதல் கோரி விண்ணப்பித்துள்ள ஆசிரியர்கள், பதவி
உயர்வு பெற உள்ள ஆசிரியர்களுக்கான கலந்தாய்வு வருகிற 12-ஆம் தேதி
தொடங்குகிறது.
இதில் கலந்து கொள்ளும் ஆசிரியர்கள் குறிப்பிட்ட நாள்களில் காலை 9
மணிக்கு காஞ்சிபுரம் முதன்மைக் கல்வி அலுவலகம் இயங்கும் பி.எஸ். சீனிவாசன்
நகராட்சி மேல்நிலைப் பள்ளிக்கு வர வேண்டும்.
பள்ளிக் கல்வித் துறை 2015 - 2016-ஆம் கல்வியாண்டுக்கான பொது மாறுதல்,
பதவி உயர்வுக்கான கலந்தாய்வு குறித்த விவரம்: 12-ஆம் தேதி அரசு, நகராட்சி
மேல்நிலைப் பள்ளி தலைமை ஆசிரியர்களுக்கு மாவட்டத்துக்குள் மாறுதல்,
மாவட்டம் விட்டு மாவட்டம் மாறுதல் கலந்தாய்வு, 14-ஆம் தேதி அரசு நகராட்சி
மேல்நிலைப் பள்ளி தலைமை ஆசிரியர்களுக்கு பதவி உயர்வுக்கான கலந்தாய்வு
நடைபெறும். 16-ஆம் தேதி அரசு, நகராட்சி உயர்நிலைப் பள்ளி தலைமை
ஆசிரியர்களுக்கு மாவட்டத்திற்குள் மாறுதல், மாவட்டம் விட்டு மாவட்டம்
மாறுதலுக்கானக் கலந்தாய்வு நடைபெறும்.
18-ஆம் தேதி அரசு, நகராட்சி உயர்நிலைப் பள்ளித் தலைமை ஆசிரியர்களுக்கான
பதவி உயர்வு கலந்தாய்வும், 22, 23-ஆம் தேதி அரசு, நகராட்சி மேல்நிலைப்
பள்ளி முதுநிலை ஆசிரியர்களுக்கு மாவட்டத்துக்குள் மாறுதல் கலந்தாய்வும்,
23-ஆம் தேதி அரசு, நகராட்சி மேல்நிலைப் பள்ளி முதுநிலை ஆசிரியர்களுக்கு
மாவட்டம் விட்டு மாவட்டம் மாறுதல் கலந்தாய்வும், 24-ஆம் தேதி அரசு,
நகராட்சி மேல்நிலைப் பள்ளி முதுநிலை ஆசிரியர்கள் பதவி உயர்வு கலந்தாய்வும்
நடைபெறும்.
24-ஆம் தேதி முதுகலை ஆசிரியர்கள் நேரடி நியமனம் செய்வது தொடர்பான
கலந்தாய்வும் (55 நபர்கள் மட்டும்), பட்டதாரி ஆசிரியர்களுக்கான பணி நிரவல்
கலந்தாய்வு 26-ஆம் தேதி முதல் 29-ஆம் தேதி வரையிலும் நடைபெறும்.
12-ஆம் தேதி உடற்கல்வி ஆசிரியர்கள், கலை ஆசிரியர்கள், இசை ஆசிரியர்கள்,
தையல் ஆசிரியர்கள், இடைநிலை ஆசிரியர்களுக்கு மாவட்டத்திற்குள் மாறுதல்
தொடர்பான கலந்தாய்வும், 16-ஆம் தேதி உடற்கல்வி ஆசிரியர்கள், கலை
ஆசிரியர்கள், இசை ஆசிரியர்கள், தையல் ஆசிரியர்கள், இடைநிலை ஆசிரியர்களுக்கு
மாவட்டம் விட்டு மாவட்டம் மாறுதல் கலந்தாய்வும் நடைபெற உள்ளன.
The Administrator of Padasalai Website may clear the following doubts to teachers, for the three Govt. Letters as below :
ReplyDeleteAlthough GO-232, Dated 28-07-2015 had clarified the Transfer Norms without any contradictions, both the Govt. Letter No. 263, Dated 10-07-2015 of DSE, and letter No. 131/A-1/E-1, Dated 31-07-2015 created still more confusions to teachers.
1) GO No. 232 was very clear that imposed two conditions compulsorily.
a) 3 years compulsory stay in a particular school
b) Teachers, who joined that school on or before 01-06-2012 are not eligible
for transfer couselling
2) The Govt. Letter 263, Dated 28-07-2015, and another letter No. 31/A-1/E-2,
Dated 31-07-2015 laid down two rules which created confusions as below ....
a) 3 year compulsory stay in a particular school was replaced with 1 full
Academic year. Here, the question is ... 1 full academic year starts from
the date of taking charge in that school after transfer counselling OR
interim period, OR from JUNE to MAY of subsequent year ?
b) These two Govt. Letter issued by DSE did not mention and unconfirm
the Specific Date, for calculating the 1 full academic year. The
counselling organisers / conductors (CEOs/DEOs) have no chance of
interpreting the contradiction of "1 full academic year ... which starts
from 01-06-2014 (last year), OR from the date of joining that school after
counselling (July'2014), OR from the Middle of the year after
supplementary counselling due to upgraded schools during OCT'14 ?
c) Further, the Govt. Letter lays emphasis that the "2014 Counselling
promoted HMs / PG Teachers may also participate " - What does it
mean, if they do not complete 1 full academic year ?
What you ask is correct. The DSE in his two letters did not clarify the particular date, with which the eligibility criterion will take effect for this counselling. The Director of Elementary Education clearly advised in his letter that those who joined after counselling prior to 01-06-2014, they will only be eligible.
ReplyDeleteWhy does the Director of School Education (Mr. Kannapan) keep quiet over this contradiction ? Does he & his team plan for mobilizing lakhs and lakhs of rupees through transfer by Administrative Reasons ? The School Education Department is still creating an ambiguous concept, and contradiction over the counselling procedures. Elementary Education Dept. is adopting a separate rule, whereas the Director of School Education Dept. is following its own stand, although both Departments are being governed and functioned under the guidance of the great woman warrior Sabitha.
May Lord come to earth and bless the people who are experiencing the heavy attrocities and tortures by those bureacrats and School Education Department Officials.
