It is a landmark judgement in Puducherry and it has to be appreciated by all section of people. This punishment may be a warning to Tamilnadu Teachers, who are still having such illicit behaviour of sexual abusement towards girl students in Hr.sec.Schools in Tamilnadu. Such kind of teachers should be identified and thrown out of the pulse of Teachers Associations. In general Teachers Association Members are giving a helping hands to such kind of miscreants. While this land mark judgement is a lesson to misbehaved teachers in Tamilnadu, it gives a welcome gesture to parents, who have already been experienced bitterly due to sexual abatement by teachers.
