ஆசிரியர் பணியிட மாறுதல் கலந்தாய்வின் முதல் நாளான புதன்கிழமை 600-க்கும் மேற்பட்ட தலைமை ஆசிரியர்கள், ஆசிரியர்கள் பணியிட மாறுதல் பெற்றனர்.
இந்த ஆண்டு பள்ளிக் கல்வித் துறையின் கீழ் பணியாற்றும் ஆசிரியர்களுக்கான பணியிடமாறுதல் கலந்தாய்வு ஆகஸ்ட் 12-ஆம் தேதி முதல் 29-ஆம் தேதி வரை நடைபெறும் என அறிவிக்கப்பட்டது. முதல் நாளில் மேல்நிலைப் பள்ளி தலைமை ஆசிரியர்களுக்கும், சிறப்பாசிரியர்களுக்கும் பணியிட மாறுதல் கலந்தாய்வு இணையதள வழியாக நடைபெற்றது.
மேல்நிலைப் பள்ளி தலைமை ஆசிரியர்கள் 265 பேருக்கு மாவட்டங்களுக்குள் பணியிட மாறுதல் வழங்கப்பட்டது. அதேபோல, உடல்கல்வி ஆசிரியர்கள் 186 பேருக்கும், தையல் ஆசிரியர்கள் 27 பேருக்கும், ஓவிய ஆசிரியர்கள் 44 பேருக்கும், இசை ஆசிரியர்கள் 5 பேருக்கும், இடைநிலை ஆசிரியர்கள் 65 பேருக்கும் அந்தந்த மாவட்டத்திற்குள் பணியிட மாறுதல் வழங்கப்பட்டதாக பள்ளிக் கல்வி இயக்குநர் எஸ்.கண்ணப்பன் தெரிவித்தார்.
அந்தந்த மாவட்டத்துக்குள் 592 பேருக்கு பணியிட மாறுதல் வழங்கப்பட்டது. மாவட்டம் விட்டு மாவட்டம் பணியிட மாறுதல் கோரிய சுமார் 100 மேல்நிலைப் பள்ளித் தலைமை ஆசிரியர்களும் பணியிட மாறுதல் பெற்றனர். இதேபோல மாவட்டம் விட்டு மாவட்டம் பணியிட மாறுதல் கோரிய சிறப்பாசிரியர்களுக்கு வருகிற 16-இல் கலந்தாய்வு நடைபெறும் என அறிவிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது.வெளிப்படையாக நடந்தது: கடந்த ஆண்டைப் போல இல்லாமல், காலியாக உள்ள அனைத்து இடங்களும் காண்பிக்கப்பட்டு வெளிப்படையான முறையில் முதல் நாள் கலந்தாய்வு நடைபெற்றது.

But one thing we have to know ,,, Whether the bureacrats adhered implementing the eligibility date as 01-06-2014 or not. It is a open fact that every district CEO has misinterpreted the concept of the Govt. GO No. 232, and Govt. Letter 263, and DSE's Letter dated 28-07-2015, and conducted the counselling according to their own grasping. In some districts, the HMs / Sec.Gr. Teachers, who joined the school during July'2014 after last year counselling (not completing 1 year), were not permitted, and in some districts the HMs / Sec.Grade Teachers, who had joined during NOV'14 after supplementary counselling (Oct'14) were permitted by and large.
One should know that fact that such a kind of ambiguity, contradictions, and misinterpretations are being happened in School Education Department only. Is it a fate to every teacher, Above all the CEO/DEOs of every Revenue districts, who understand with their own sense and interpret the concept according to their grasping & knowledge, are the masters of the counselling game.
How can we say that this year counselling was conducted in a proper means and in a perfect way by CEOs / DEOs with due understanding and interpretation of the instructions and concept of the GOs / DSE's letters. ?
