    மதுரை உயர்நீதி மன்றகிளை 90 மதிப்பெண்களே தகுதித் தேர்வுக்கு,அடிப்படையான மதிப்பெண்கள்,என்று தீர்ப்பு வழங்கி விட்டு,82 முதல் 89 வரை மதிப்பெண்கள் பெற்றவர்களை பணி நியமன ஆணை வழங்கியிருந்தால் பணியில் சேரலாம் எனத் தீர்ப்பு வழங்கியது இதனை எதிர்த்து 82 முதல் 89 வரை மதிப்பெண்கள் பெற்றவர்களுக்கு பணி வழங்கியது சட்டப்படித்தவறு என்று உச்சநீதிமன்றத்தில் வழக்கு தொடுக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது.

    இப்போது இருக்கும் வெயிட்டேஜ் -ல் ஒருவர் +2 ல் 4.2 ம் டிகிரியில் 6ம் பி.எட் ல 6 ம் வெச்சு இருந்த ... அவரோட வெயிட்டேஜ் மார்க் 16. 2... அவரு டெட் ல 150 மார்க் கே வாங்கினாலும் மொத்தம் 76.2 தான் வரும்... கட்-ஆப் மார்க் 76.3 ஆக இருந்தா... அவரு பி.எட் படிச்சு என்ன பயன்? டெட் எழுதி என்ன பயன்?

    petitioner in W.P.No.10849 of 2014 would make reliance on the judgements
    of the Hon'ble Supreme Court in K.Manjusree v. State of Andhra
    Pradesh, (2008) 3 SCC 512 and Tamil Nadu Computer Science,
    B.Ed., Graduate Teachers Welfare Society v. Higher Secondary
    School Computer Technical Assistant and others [Civil Appeal No.4187
    of 2009 arising out of SLP (C) No.25097 of 2008 dated 09.07.2009].
    30. A close reading of the above judgements would go to show that
    the Hon'ble Supreme Court, in those judgements, has reiterated the
    principle that the rules of the game cannot be changed after the game is
    over.

    Sir, please note the TRB deviations and gross injustice in TET 2013. Against 2350 posts of Eng Graduate Teachers, only 19 given to OC that too 5 ph candidates. What happened to reservation rules. Hon. Justice may get this clarified from TRB. Further, the following deviation is there indicating a clear violation of all rules.
    In the combined selection list issued on 5.12.2012, in the result page it is stated in para 3 " ... Now, the board release tentative provisionally selected list of candidates for the post of secondary grade teachers and graduate assistants. The said selection for secondary grade teachers is purely based on seniority with communal rotations and priorities laid down by the Govt of TN and the selection list for graduate assistants is prepared BASED ON THE WEIGHTAGE MARKS awarded as per G.O Ms 252 School Edn Dept dted 5.10.12. "

    But as could be seen from Selection List among year 2012 candidates, the TRB has not applied this weightage but only selected on TET mark basis and they have not published the weightage cut off communitywise/subjectwise. If the Hon, Court directs TRB to submit 2012 selection list of the year 2012, it will be evident.

    Once it is clear, then there is deviation on the part of TRB itself for not implementing weightage in TET 2012 even though the G.O Ms 252 dated 5.10.12 is very much in force on the date of publishing selection list for TET 2012. In that case, question raises what is the necessity for implementing the weightage only for this year when it was not done in 2012.So, the Govt cannot deviate its own orders to suit its convenience. Hence, the status quo ante i.e. TET base is to be restored and implemented now for TET 2013 also.

    Sir,
    Game is not over. A person will go to Hon. Court only when the practical problem and difficulty is physically evident and seen when there is no such precedence earlier of that type. This is the case in TET 2013 also. Only when the selection list 10.8.14 is published to the total disappointment and difficulty came out. No cut off details were furnished by TRB. The TRB gave cut off mark only individually with individual password and not common and fullfledged list. So it is clear the list was not OK. So the game is not over and we pray natural justice at the Hands of Hon Supreme Court. The Hon Supreme Court should call for the selection list with representation roster to see what happened. So, the game is not over. It is still alive and it is the life struggle of eligible meritorious candidates on the street with their livelihood in question even after passing TET. We request the 2012 stand should apply to TET 2013 also. At least now the available balance vacancies should be given to TET 2013 before announcing another exam. In future, TET and Rect Exam should be separate to avoid all such confusions.

    May God help us. Those who have got already govt job may please pray for us instead of teasing.

    2012ல் 90 க்கு மேல் எடுக்காதவர்கள் ஆசிரியராக தகுதியில்லை என்று கூறிவிட்டு 2013 ல் 82 ஏ_ தகுதி என்று ஆணை பிறப்பித்து அவர்களை பணியில் அமர்த்திய்து, அமர்த்துவது எந்த வகையில் நியாயம். இது மக்களாட்சியா இல்லை மாக்களின் ஆட் சியா?
