உயர்வு மூலம் நிரப்ப வேண்டும் என்று தமிழ்நாடு உயர்நிலை , மேல்நிலைப்
பள்ளித் தலைமை ஆசிரியர்கள் சங்கம் வலியுறுத்தியது.
திருவண்ணாமலையில் புதன்கிழமை நடைபெற்ற சங்கத்தின்
மாவட்டச் செயற்குழுக் கூட்டத்தில், மேற்கண்ட கோரிக்கையை வலியுறுத்தி
தீர்மானம் நிறைவேற்றப்பட்டது.
தலைமை ஆசிரியர்களுக்கான இடமாறுதல் கலந்தாய்வை ஒளிவு
மறைவின்றி உடனே நடத்த வேண்டும். விலையில்லா நலத் திட்டங்களைச் செயல்படுத்த
பள்ளிகளில் தனி அலுவலரை நியமிக்க வேண்டும். காலியாக உள்ள ஆசிரியர்
பணியிடங்களை உடனே நிரப்ப வேண்டும். அனைத்து ஆசிரியர் பணியிடங்களுக்கான பதவி
உயர்வு, பணி மாறுதலுக்கான கலந்தாய்வை உடனே நடத்த வேண்டும் என்பன உள்ளிட்ட
தீர்மானங்கள் கூட்டத்தில் நிறைவேற்றப்பட்டன. கூட்டத்துக்கு சங்கத்தின்
மாவட்டத் தலைவர் வே.தட்சிணாமூர்த்தி தலைமை வகித்தார்.

The Promotees to the post of DEOs / DEEOs / AEEOs, etc.,, are mainly from HMs of High Schools/Hr.Sec.Schools/Middle Schools etc., These HMs are said to have put in 15 to 20 years from the date of their recruitment, and they attain the age nearing to their retirement or superannuation. In such cases, at the time of promotion to DEOs/DEEOs/AEEOs, they would have alreadty attained the stage of "Lethargical attitude, Inactive role for doing inspection, Easy going tendency, Addicting towards lack of Supervision and undisturbed work style, Avoiding the role of Arbitrator by escapism, Incapable of facing the contradictory mechanisms by Irritating Teachers and avoid dealing such issues with challanges, and following the principles of Official Red-tapism etc.,
ReplyDeleteHence I strongly object this ill-devised system of promoting the existing HMs to the post of Administrative Heads such as DEEOs / DEOs / AEEOs etc., The State Govt. should implement the system of recruiting young DEOs / DEEOs/ AEEOs from the open market through advertisement in Daily News Papers. .
