It is right time to review our policies.Don't wait for TRB or Promotion. 50-50 policy will be carried out as follows: one year TRB one year Promotion. For example Collect all the vacancies for the year 2015-16 fill all the vacancies by either promotion or TRB.Next year fill alternatively.
