கலந்தாய்வு மற்றும் நிர்வாக மாறுதல் நிபந்தனைகளை தளர்த்தாவிட்டால், வகுப்பு புறக்கணிப்பு போராட்டம் நடத்த ஆசிரியர்கள் முடிவு
செய்துள்ளனர்.ஆண்டுதோறும், மே மாதம் நடக்கும் ஆசிரியர் பொது மாறுதல்
கலந்தாய்வு, இந்த ஆண்டு இன்னும் அறிவிக்கப்படவில்லை. ஆனால், புதிய
விதிமுறைகள் கொண்ட அரசாணையை அரசு அறிவித்துள்ளது.

சங்கங்கள் எதிர்ப்பு தெரிவித்துள்ளன.ஏமாற்றம்இதுகுறித்து, தமிழ்நாடு
உயர்நிலை மற்றும் மேல்நிலைப் பள்ளி தலைமை ஆசிரியர் சங்க பொதுச் செயலர்
சத்தியமூர்த்தி கூறியதாவது:கலந்தாய்வு விதிமுறைகள் ஏமாற்றம் அளிக்கின்றன.
வட்டார வள மைய மேற்பார்வையாளர்களாக இருந்தவர்கள், வள மையம் கலைக்கப்பட்டு,
உயர்நிலைப்பள்ளி தலைமை ஆசிரியர்களாக வெகு தூரத்தில் பணியமர்த்தப்பட்டனர்.
தரம் உயர்த்தப்பட்ட பள்ளி தலைமை ஆசிரியர்களும், தொலைவில் உள்ள
மாவட்டங்களுக்கு மாற்றப்பட்டனர். இவர்ளுக்கு, இந்த கலந்தாய்வில், அருகில்
இடம் மாற வாய்ப்பு கிடைக்கும் என எதிர்பார்த்தோம். மூன்று ஆண்டுகள் ஒரே
இடத்தில் பணிபுரிய வேண்டும் என, அரசின் திடீர் நிபந்தனையால், 500க்கும்
மேற்பட்ட தலைமை ஆசிரியர்கள் பாதிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளனர். இதுகுறித்து,
பள்ளிக்கல்வித் துறை முதன்மைச் செயலர் சபிதாவிடம் மனு
அளித்துள்ளோம்.இவ்வாறு அவர் கூறினார். நிபந்தனைகளை எதிர்த்து, தமிழ்நாடு
ஆசிரியர் முன்னேற்ற சங்கத்தினர், நேற்று, மாவட்டத் தலைநகரங்களிலும்,
முதன்மைக் கல்வி அலுவலகங்கள் முன்பும் போராட்டம் நடத்தினர். 27ம் தேதியும்
போராட்டம் நடத்த உள்ளனர்.அச்சம்தமிழ்நாடு ஆசிரியர் முன்னேற்ற சங்க மாநில
தலைவர் தியாகராஜன் கூறுகையில், ''கலந்தாய்வுக்கு முன், நிர்வாக ரீதியான
மாறுதல் நடக்கும் என்று அறிவிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளதால், ஆசிரியர் இடமாறுதலில் ஊழல்
நடக்குமோ என்ற அச்சம் ஏற்பட்டுள்ளது. ஆசிரியர்களிடம் கருத்து கேட்காமல்,
நெறிமுறைகளை மீறி கலந்தாய்வு அரசாணை வெளியிடப்பட்டுள்ளது,''
என்றார்.'கலந்தாய்வு நிபந்தனையில் மாற்றம் கொண்டு வராவிட்டால், வகுப்பு
புறக்கணிப்பு போராட்டம் நடத்த முடிவு செய்துள்ளோம்' என, ஆசிரியர் சங்க
நிர்வாகிகள் தெரிவித்துள்ளனர்.- நமது நிருபர் -

ReplyDeleteThe Teachers Association should realise the fact that the condition of compulsory stay in a particular school for three years shall never pave way for grafting and bribes, instead the elderly HMs, PGs and BTs, who had already moved out of their native district has an opportunity to come over to the nearby schools of their parent districts. The HMs or PGs or BTs who obtained transfer last year shall give full effort to get transfer to their parent districts with the assistance of pecuniary perks to politicians, giving bribes to bureacrats and even the Association Members who are making

Why should the Teachers Associations worry about this condition of 3 years compulsory stay in a particular school ? In fact, this rule shall give enlightenment to the teachers/HMs, who had already transferred and didn't get transfer for several years, due to heavy bribes and scandal transactions with Politicians and Bureacrats.
2) Why should the Associations fail to object the transfer of Teachers on Administrative Grounds ?
The Teachers Associations in all level (Elementary, Graduate, and PGs, HMs) should take care of Teachers welfare, when teachers are really getting into difficulties and in problems. Many types of Problems and Difficulties, every teachers being experienced now a days are ...
1) Any loans, especially PF, Leave surrender, and other pecuniary perks are being processed through DEO/AEEO/CEO offices, wherein the Clerical staff demanded money as bribes. Shall the Association try to make notice of this bribery practices of Education Department staff to the higher officials and attempt to stop this malpractice. This kind of assistance to teachers is the only way of achieving the role of Associations and its existence.
2) Teachers / HMs who are about to retire from the services are to bear percentage (%) bribes to Education Dept. Clerical Staff and Treasury Staff too, for getting PF final closure accounts, SPF accounts, Gratuity Payment , and monthly Pension from their retirement period. PF amount is the earning of every Teacher, and the Gratuity Payment and Pension are the monetary benefits extended by Govt.of Tamilnadu for our prolonged service. Why should the teachers/HMs give bribe to those Clerical Staff of Education Dept. and Treasury Dept. for getting their own payment ?
Shall the Teachers Association come forward to protect the interest of the Teachers right, while they are going to retire ?
Shall the Teachers Association take the vow to protest those malpractices atleast hereafter and stage demonstration before the offices of AEEO/DEO/CEO and Treasury Departments ?
