Will the State Govt. (Govt.of Tamilnadu) come forward to implement this 7th Central Pay Commission Report, with effect from JAN'16 ?
ReplyDeleteIf the State Govt. constitutes a separate pay commision for State Govt. employees, it would be more better than 7th CPC recommendations. Since the 6th CPC recommendations are having several contradictions, and the working categories in Teaching Posts are not matching with State Govt. service (especially the Secondary Grade and B.Ed Teachers), I suggest that the State Govt. should announce a separate pay commission for State Govt. Employees, and ensuring the equality and similarity in pay enhancements.
