It is not a good salary to Bank Employees, while compared to VI Pay commission's Central & State Govt. Employees. The Central Govt. and Tamilnadu Govt. Employees and Teachers are enjoying with a hike of 200% and above on the basic pay, and remarkable jump from their existing salary fixation. The Central Govt. and Tamilnadu Govt. should realise the people of unorganised sectors also, and their purchasing power, if the govt. employees' salary is revised tremendously.

The Chief Minister of Tamilnadu and the Finance Minister of BJP at the centre should strictly follow the natural principles of enhancing the salary & perks at the rate of minimum 12 % and maximum 18%,and the term of validity should be limited to 5 to 6 years, rather than 10 years. Similary this tremendous enhancement in salary revision to UGC employees (College Teachers) should also be curtailed on a par with Bank Employees, as stated above.

Above all, the Central Govt. should promulgate its policy to Govt. Employees in general about the validity period of Salary and norms for enhancement (upto 18% totally from the existing scales of pay) to all section of Govt.Servants in all states, irrespective of various categories of trades.
