தேர்வு, ஜன., 10ல் நடக்க உள்ளது. இதை கண்காணிக்க, மாவட்டங்களில்
கலெக்டர்கள் தலைமையில் குழு அமைக்கப்பட்டு உள்ளது.
இதில் உறுப்பினர் செயலராக, முதன்மைக் கல்வி அதிகாரிகள்
மற்றும் எஸ்.பி.,க்கள் இடம் பெற்றுள்ளனர். மையம் அமைப்பது, வினாத்தாள்,
விடைத்தாள்களை கொண்டு சேர்ப்பது, பாதுகாப்பு உள்ளிட்ட பணிகளை அவர்கள்
மேற்கொள்வர். இத்தேர்வில், முதன்முறையாக தேர்வர்களுக்கு புகைப்படத்துடன்
கூடிய விடைத்தாள் வழங்கப்படுகிறது.
கல்வித்துறை அதிகாரி கூறியதாவது:
கடந்தாண்டுகளில், இத்தேர்வு விடைத்தாள்களில் தேர்வர்கள் தங்கள் பெயர்,
தேர்வு எண்ணை வட்டமிடுவர். அதில் சில இடங்களில் தவறு ஏற்பட்டது;
சர்ச்சைக்கும் வழிவகுத்தது. இந்நிலையில், முறைகேடு களை தவிர்க்க, இம்முறை
தேர்வர்களுக்கு அவர்களின் புகைப்படத்துடன் கூடிய விடைத்தாள்
வழங்கப்படுகிறது. அதில் அவர்களின் பெயர், தேர்வு எண் இடம் பெற்றிருக்கும்.
