ஆசிரியர் நியமனத்தில் தமிழக அரசு கொண்டு
வந்துள்ள வெயிட்டேஜ் எனப்படும் தகுதிகாண் முறையை உடனடியாக ரத்து செய்ய
வேண்டும் என்ற கோரிக்கை வலுத்து வருகிறது. ஆசிரியர் பணி நியமனத்துக்கு,
ஆசிரியர் தகுதித் தேர்வு கட்டாயம் ஆக்கப்பட்டு, அதற்கான அறிவிப்பு
வெளியிடப்பட்டது. கடந்த ஆண்டு நடைபெற்ற இந்தத் தேர்வினை, இடைநிலை ஆசிரியர்
படிப்பு மற்றும் பட்டதாரி ஆசிரியர் படிப்பு முடித்த சுமார் 10 லட்சம் பேர்
எழுதினர்.
10,782 இடங்களுக்கு
நடைபெற்ற இந்தத் தேர்வில், மொத்தம் 72 ஆயிரத்து 711 பேர் தேர்ச்சி
பெற்றனர். இந்த நிலையில், தமிழக அரசு தகுதிகாண் மதிப்பெண் முறை என்ற புதிய
முறையை திடீரென கொண்டுவந்தது. இதன் காரணமாக, பத்து ஆண்டுகளுக்கு முன்பு
ஆசிரியர் பயிற்சி முடித்தவர்கள் பாதிக்கப்படுவதாக புகார் எழுந்தது. இதனைத்
தொடர்ந்து, ஆசிரியர் தகுதி காண் ஆணை எண் 71-ஐ நீக்கக் கோரி, கடந்த பத்து
நாட்களாக பட்டதாரி ஆசிரியர்கள் போராட்டம் நடத்தி வருகின்றனர். வெயிட்டேஜ்
முறையை நீக்க வேண்டும் என திமுக தலைவர் கருணாநிதி, பாமக நிறுவனர் ராமதாஸ்,
தேமுதிக தலைவர் விஜயகாந்த் உள்ளிட்ட பல்வேறு அரசியல் கட்சித் தலைவர்களும்
ஏற்கனவே வலியுறுத்தியுள்ளனர். இதுதொடர்பாக, மதிமுக பொதுச் செயலாளர் வைகோ
இன்று வெளியிட்டுள்ள அறிக்கையில், போராட்டத்தில் ஈடுபட்டு வரும்
ஆசிரியர்களை அழைத்துப் பேசி, இந்த பிரச்னைக்கு சுமூகத் தீர்வு காண வேண்டும்
என கேட்டுக் கொண்டுள்ளார்.
ஆசிரியர் தின வாழ்த்துக்கள்.கடந்தஒரு வருடமாக அரசுப்பள்ளிகளில் கணிணி ஆசிரியர்கள் இல்லை.+2 வில் கணிணி பாடத்திற்கு ஆசிரியர்கள் இல்லாமல் காலாண்டுத்தேர்வினை எழுதவுள்ளார்கள்.இந்த மாணவர்களின் எதிர்காலம்? விரைவில் கணிணி ஆசிரியர்களை நியமனம் செய்யவேண்டும்.

Good news will be for who are meritorious and standing in the que for quite a long time.
DeleteOne thing is irking. Like the Doctors -- they are doctors once they successfully get the MBBS degree and register as practitioner, the Teachers are also teachers once they complete their professional degree viz. B.Ed, M. Ed, M.Phil etc. Hence, whether they in private or Govt schools or whether they are on job or unemployed teacher, a teacher is always a teacher as this is a specific noble profession. When that is so, if they are selected they are going to be automatically the members of the Teachers Association. While our Graduate Govt Teachers and private Teachers claim for voting the MLC the upper story of Legislative Assembly, why they are not alive to the burning problem lying before their fellow teachers, the teaching community and raise their views and voice in time of need and support, especially when they are streets headquarter Chennai. how they are evading their moral responsibility in this regard. At least now, we expect their voice in the matter in the interest of teaching community.
