மூன்று பாடங்களுக்கான இறுதி பட்டியல் தவிர
அனைத்து பாடங்களுக்கான இறுதி பட்டியல் வெளியிடப்பட்டது. மூன்று
பாடங்களிலும் மொத்தமாக புதிதாக தேர்வானவர்கள் 49 பேர் மட்டுமே. புதிதாக
தேர்வானவர்களுக்கு கடந்த 14 ஆம் தேதி சான்றிதழ் சரிபார்ப்பை
விழுப்புரத்தில் ஆசிரியர் தேர்வு வாரியம் நடத்தி முடித்தது. அந்த சான்றிதழ்
சரிபார்ப்பு முடிந்து 10 நாட்கள் ஆகியும் இதுவரை மூன்று பாடங்களுக்கான
இறுதி பட்டியல் வெளியிடாமல் இருக்கிறார்கள்.
செப்டம்பர் மாதத்தில் காலாண்டுத் தேர்வு
தொடங்கும் நிலையில், தேர்வுக்கு முன்னதாகவே முதுகலை ஆசிரியர் நியமனம்
இருந்தால் நல்லது. அப்போது தான் ஆசிரியர்கள் மற்றும் மாணவர்கள் இடையே ஒரு
புரிந்துணர்வு ஏற்படும். காலாண்டு தேர்வு முடிந்ததும் வகுப்பறையில் பாடம்
கற்பிக்க மற்றும் கற்க அப்புரிந்துணர்வு பலமாக இருக்கும்.
தேவையில்லாமல் ஏற்படும் பணிநியமன காலதாமதம்
ஆசிரியரிடையே ஒரு விரக்தியையும், மாணவர்களுக்கு ஆசிரியர் இன்றி பாடம்
கற்கும் சூழலை ஏற்படுத்தி உள்ளது என்பதை யாராலும் மறுக்க முடியாது.

விரைந்து மீதமுள்ள 3 பாடங்களுக்கும் இறுதிப்பட்டியல் வெளிவந்தால் மிக்க மகிழ்ச்சி!!!
This is very frustrating... we have been waiting for nearly one year. Even after publishing the revised final list and calling only 49 candidates for CV in three subjects (physics, commerce and economics), TRB is unable to publish the final list and delaying the process.
ReplyDeleteAs rightly mentioned by the admin, the unnecessary delay in appointment is causing us to loss interest.
TRB should be transparent in all the aspects and at least let us know the real reason for the delay through media.

I am a commerce graduate passed in TRB, waiting for final list and appointment for more than one year. I must thank PADASALAI for giving some valuable information and encouraging with possitive thoughts...however we are human....how long we can waiit for it. Earlier there were many cases., but now everything is all right. The government never bothered about teachers appointment. Educational department and TRB are one of the government body., they act as per the direction given by the government only. It is not fair to blame both of them.I request the government on behalf of all PG TET Paper I and II, to look into this matter and take speedup action for the appointment of Teachers and wipe their all mental, financial and moral ( all family members and friends are asking eppada maple posting.....?) grievance immediately. I request Admin sir and all other encouraging soul to support us
