TNTET - 2013 ல் இடஒதுக்கீடு வழங்குவது குறித்து உச்ச நீதிமன்றத்தில் தொடுக்கப்பட்ட வழக்கில் நீதிமன்றம் வழங்கிய தீர்ப்பு நகல்.
TET - 2013 தேர்வில் "இடஒதுக்கீடு வழங்குமாறு நீதிமன்றம் உத்தரவிட முடியாது என்றும், அதே சமயம் மாநில அரசு இட ஒதுக்கீடு வழங்கி ஆணையிட்டால் அதில் நீதிமன்றம் தலையிடாது" என்றும் டிசம்பர் 13 ஆம் தேதி 2013 ஆம் வருடம் தீர்ப்பு வழங்கியுள்ளது. அந்த தீர்ப்பின் நகல் கீழே வழங்கியுள்ளோம்.

ReplyDeleteThanks a lot to padasalai admin!!!! Many 82-89 candidates was confused like relaxation may be cancelled!!! This judgement copy clearly indicates that relaxation cannot be changed forever!!!!
ReplyDeletePetition was filed for seeking communal reservation in TET2013 exam!!! But even for that supreme court had clearly given it's statement of "Court cannot interfere in state government's policy" which directly will close every mouth still talking about cancellation of relaxation!!!!

This judgement is given for asking relaxation. But there is one judgement favour to 90 and above canditates. that is any announcement only before the exam. no one shoud not affect . this is my opinion.
ReplyDeleteI respect the judgement,but our questions are- 1st question is why we still have 69% caste based reservation in Tamil Nadu?, 2nd question why except oc/general category other should enjoy the reservation?,3rd question why there is no talk about poor people in oc/general category?,4th question why poor people from reservation category don't realize that their opportunities a stolen by rich people in their own caste,5th question How can one get multiple favoritism in admission,marks,fees,scholarship and job only on the base of caste?why poor student from general category dont get all this benefits?.6th question is which data supports that all reservation category are poor and all general category are rich,7th question which data says that majority of government servants are oc category people or rich people??????????
