முதுகலை ஆசிரியர்களுக்கான பணி மாறுதல்கலந்தாய்வு காலியிடங்கள் குறித்த விபரம்வெளியிட தாமதம் ஆனதால் ஆசிரியர்கள் பரிதவித்தனர்.

மாவட்டங்களிலும் நற்று நடந்தது. காலியிடங்கள் குறித்த விபரம்வெளியிட தாமதம்
ஆனதால் ஆசிரியர்கள் பரிதவித்தனர்.

நடந்தது.சிவகங்கையில் காலை 10 மணிக்கு துவங்க வேண்டிய கலந்தாய்வு மதியம் 3
மணி வரை துவங்கவில்லை. கல்வித்துறை ஊழியர்கள் 'ஆன்-லைனில்' தயார் நிலையில்
இருந்தும், காலியிடவிபரம் வெளியிடப்படவில்லை. சொந்த ஊர் மாறுதல் கனவில்
வந்த ஆசிரியர்கள் முதன்மைக் கல்வி அலுவலகம்முன் காத்துக்கிடந்தனர். ஒரு
வழியாக 3 மணிக்கு மேல் கலந்தாய்வு துவங்கியது.
இதுகுறித்து கல்வித்துறை அதிகாரி ஒருவர் கூறுகையில், 'ஆன்-லைன்
இணைப்பில் தயார் நிலையில் இருந்தும்காலியிட விபரம் தெரியவில்லை. சென்னை
இயக்குனர் அலுவலகத்தில் இருந்து காலியிடங்கள் அறிவித்தால்மட்டுமே,
நாங்களும் ஆன்-லைனில் தெரிவிக்க முடியும்' என்றார்.
ஆசிரியர்கள் கூறுகையில், 'நெல்லை, கன்னியாகுமரி, தூத்துக்குடியை சேர்ந்த பலர், இம்மாவட்டத்தில் 10 ஆண்டுக்கும் மேலாக பணிபுரிகிறோம்.கலந்தாய்வு நடக்கவே இவ்வளவு தாமதம் ஏற்படுகிறது. தாமதம் சந்தேகத்தை ஏற்படுத்துகிறது. சில முக்கியமானஇடங்கள் மறைக்கப்பட்டுள்ளன. காலியிடம் இருப்பது குறித்த தெரிந்தாலும் கேட்க முடியவில்லை. புதியநியமனத்திற்காகவும் சில இடங்கள் மறைக்கப்படுகின்றன' என்றனர்.

ReplyDeleteThe counselling systems for PG Teachers' transfer and promotional transfer were brought into force 10 years back. Every year several PG Teachers are affected and left their family in a confused state of affairs. The loopholes in the Counselling System have been experienced by all PG Teachers' Association in Tamilnadu and they are well aware as to "How to stop such evil practice during counselling process". But they will not take up this assignment to settle it in favour of PG Teachers. In Tamilnadu, two to three major PG Teachers Associations are functioning with different styles, especially strengthened by communcal factions only. The Committee Members are tied their hands with Bureacrats and acting as Mediators / agents for giving bribes to those Bureacrats and teachers, who are ready to spend lucrative amount for getting transfer. What is the role of Associations ? Did they go for administrative rescue or legal remedy ? The Sixth Pay Commission announced that the salary structure for PGs and BTs are similar, but the only difference is grade pay, Did they fight administratively or legally ? The Procedures and policies affecting the role of PG Teachers, should be eliminated by Associations both legally and departmentally. Shall we expect immediate solution through the court of law ?
ReplyDeleteAs long as the teachers are ready to give lucrative amount to either politicians or any intermediators or bureacrats for getting transfer by illegal means, the entire counselling system shall not be conducted honestly and sincerely. Shall Govt. ensure declaring all vacancy positions on the previous day of counselling ?
