மத்திய அரசு நேற்று வெளியிட்ட அறிவிப்பின் படி, குழந்தைகள் கல்விச் செலவை திருப்பிக் கொடுக்கும் ஆண்டு உச்ச வரம்பு, இது வரை, 12 ஆயிரம் ரூபாயாக இருந்தது. இனிமேல், 18 ஆயிரம் ரூபாயாக உயர்த்தப்பட்டுள்ளது. மாற்று திறனாளி பெண் ஊழியரின், குழந்தை பராமரிப்பு, மாதச் செலவுத்தொகை, 1,000 ரூபாயிலிருந்து, 1,500 ரூபாயாக உயர்த்தப்பட்டுள்ளது.
அது போல், ஊழியர்களின், மாற்றுத்
திறனாளி குழந்தையின் கல்விச் செலவுத் தொகையை
திருப்பி கொடுப்பதற்கான ஆண்டு உச்சவரம்பு தொகை,
24 ஆயிரம் ரூபாயிலிருந்து, 36 ஆயிரம் ரூபாயாக உயர்த்தப்பட்டுள்ளது.
கடந்த ஜனவரியில், மத்திய அரசு ஊழியர்களின்
அகவிலைப்படி, 100 சதவீதமாக உயர்த்தப் பட்டது குறிப்பிடத்தக்கது.

ReplyDeleteCentral Govt decision to raise the education & child care reimbursement amount is not fair. The Fifth and Sixth pay commn reports were followed by all State Govts also uniformly. But due to financial constraint States are not reimbursing to its employees. There is no equality - both Central and State Govt employees are govt employees adopting the same recommendation reports. So, extending facility only to Central Staff and raising it at discretion is not proper. The Govt staff both central and state are paid well now. The reimbursement should be minimum to be of some aid and not shouldering the entire expenses. The future Government should review this w.r.to actual necessity and restrict the expenditure. It is public tax money and not offering some body's coconut to Pilliayar for vote benefits. Otherwise, the entire facilities should be given equally to state govt staff of all States in the country and funds should be provided to States from central fund. In future VII Pay Commn any facility given to govt staff should be uniform and common applicable to all employees states & central in the country to ensure equality of remuneration to jobs. The State Govts should raise their voice in this connection.
