'பாடங்கள் வாரியான தேர்ச்சி விவரப்
பட்டியலை, ஆசிரியர் தேர்வு வாரியம் வெளியிட வேண்டும்,' என, டி.இ.டி.,
தேர்ச்சி பெற்றவர்கள் எதிர்பார்க்கின்றனர்.
தகுதியான ஆசிரியர்களை நியமிக்க வேண்டும் என்ற நோக்கத்தில், இடைநிலை மற்றும் பட்டதாரி ஆசிரியர்கள் பணி நியமனத்திற்கு, ஆசிரியர் தகுதி தேர்வு (டி.இ.டி.,) அறிமுகப்படுத்தப்பட்டது. இதில், 150க்கு 90 மதிப்பெண் பெற்றவர் தேர்ச்சி பெற்றவராக அறிவிக்கப்பட்டனர். பின், தேர்ச்சி பெற 82 மதிப்பெண்ணாக குறைத்து தேர்ச்சி நிர்ணயிக்கப்பட்டது. இதன்படி, கடந்தாண்டு ஆக.,17 மற்றும் 18 ல் நடந்த, டி.இ.டி., தேர்வுகளில் மட்டும் 72 ஆயிரம் பட்டதாரி மற்றும் இடைநிலை ஆசிரியர்கள் தேர்ச்சி பெற்று, பணி நியமனத்திற்காக காத்திருக்கின்றனர். இதில், தாள் 2ல், தேர்ச்சி பெற்ற 22 ஆயிரம் பட்டதாரி ஆசிரியர்களுக்கு, விரைவில் சான்றிதழ் சரிபார்ப்பு நடக்கவுள்ளது. ஆனால், காலிப் பணியிடங்கள் 16 ஆயிரம் மட்டுமே உள்ளதாக, அரசு தெரிவித்துள்ளது. இதனால், டி.இ.டி.,யில் தேர்ச்சி பெற்ற அனைவருக்கும் பணி வாய்ப்பு என்பது சாத்தியமில்லை. ஆனால், அறிவித்துள்ள காலிப் பணியிடங்களில், தமிழ், ஆங்கிலம் என பாட வாரியான காலியிடங்கள் எண்ணிக்கை மற்றும் டி.இ.டி., தேர்வில் பாட வாரியாக தேர்ச்சி பெற்றவர் எண்ணிக்கை, விவர பட்டியலை, ஆசிரியர் தேர்வு வாரியம் வெளியிட வேண்டும். இந்த விவரம் தெரிந்தால் தான், டி.இ.டி.,யில் தேர்ச்சி பெற்ற ஒருவருக்கு, எப்போது பணி நியமனம் கிடைக்கும், என அவர்களால் தெரிந்துகொள்ள முடியும். இது தெரியாமல் தற்போது, டி.இ.டி. தேர்ச்சி பெற்றிருந்தும், அரசு உதவி பெறும் பள்ளிகளில் காலியாக உள்ள பணியிடங்களை நிரப்புவதற்காக, பல லட்சம் ரூபாய் 'பேரம்' பேசப்படும் நிலை உள்ளது.
இப் பிரச்னைக்கு முற்றுப்புள்ளி வைக்கும்
வகையில், இடஒதுக்கீடு அடிப்படையிலான காலிப் பணியிடங்கள் மற்றும் பாட
வாரியான டி.இ.டி., தேர்ச்சி விவரப் பட்டியலை வெளியிட வேண்டும், என்று
தேர்ச்சி பெற்றவர்கள் கருத்து தெரிவித்துள்ளனர். தமிழ்நாடு பட்டதாரி

தேர்ச்சி பெற்றவர்களின் பாட வாரியான தேர்ச்சி விவரம், அரசு அறிவித்துள்ள
காலிப் பணியிடங்களில், பாட வாரியான காலியிடங்களின் விவரத்தை வெளியிட்டால்
தான், ஆசிரியர் தேர்வு வாரியத்தின் வெளிப்படை தன்மை தெரியும், என்றார்.

= > Government should be the responsible person, got it.
Government didn't follow the community rosters in 2012.
60% to 70% candidates were in OC in 2012.government gave an opportunity for those candidates which is wrong.we are all know about that.
In case government are ready to give an opportunity for 2012 candidates, 2012 OC candidates are leave their post or from the government job.
which is not affected for 2013 candidates.got it.
just now government has ordered to the government school Headmasters, you will follow last year system (like the temporary post).

Please do the posting based on their educational subject background...
Take the top ranks list subject wise .. and give them the job subject wise...

Government who has announced the message to the government schools Headmasters,

so you are join private schools and give the resume, be alert my dear teachers.
Government will give the job maximum 3 to 6 months.

ReplyDeleteWe are private school teachers which we are passed in TET exam.
For the next academic year (june 2014) most of school managements are announced that, all TET passed candidates are should be relive from the schools.
Also if we go other schools, they are also not ready to give a job for TET passed candidates.
But all our government jobs are not confirmed and also we don’t know for our stage now???????????
So any one of result!!!!!!!!!!! that TRB should announced very quickly on or before 2nd week of May.
It is must for our current job position ???????????
Please understand our situation and it’s all our humble request..

ReplyDeleteIf TET passed working teachers are asked to go out or the school demanding custody of original certificates, pls do not hesitate to file a Public Litigation Bill in the High Court of Madras with special request to hon justice Shri Nagamuthu Sir. He will take care of and come to our rescue.
