ஆசிரியர் தகுதித் தேர்வில் அதிக மதிப்பெண் பெற்றவர்களுக்கு பணி நியமனம் வழங்க ஆயக்குடி இலவசப் பயிற்சி மையம் கோரிக்கை விடுத்துள்ளது.

அமல்படுத்தியபின் ஆசிரியர் தகுதித் தேர்வை அனைத்து மாநிலங்களும்
கட்டாயமாக்கியுள்ளது. தமிழ்நாட்டில் மூன்று முறை ஆசிரியர் தகுதித் தேர்வை
நடத்திய நிலையில் 2012ம் ஆண்டு ஆசிரியர் தகுதித் தேர்வில் வெற்றி பெற்ற
பெரும்பாலானோர் ஆசிரியர்களாக
பணிநியமனம் பெற்றுவிட்டனர். 2013ம் ஆண்டு நடைபெற்ற தேர்வில் 5 சதவீதம்
சலுகை அறிவிக்கப்பட்ட நிலையில் தற்போது 70 ஆயிரத்துக்கும் மேற்பட்டோர்
வெற்றி பெற்றுள்ளனர்.
பல்வேறு வழக்குகள் நடைபெற்று முடிவடைந்த நிலையில் வரும் மே மாதம் 6ம் தேதி
முதல் சான்றிதழ் சரிபார்ப்பு நடக்கவுள்ளது. யாருக்கு வேலை கிடைக்கும்
என்பது புரியாத புதிராக உள்ளது. ஆசிரியர் தேர்வு வாரியம் வரும் காலங்களில்
மற்ற போட்டித் தேர்வுகளை போல அதிக மதிப்பெண் பெறுவோர்க்கு ஆசிரியர் பணி
வழங்கும் நிலையை பரிசீலனை செய்ய வேண்டும்.
யுபிஎஸ்சி, எஸ்எஸ்சி, டிஎன்பிஎஸ்சி, ஆர்ஆர்பி உள்ளிட்ட பல்வேறு
தேர்வாணையங்களும் காலி பணியிடங்களுக்கு ஏற்ப முதல் மதிப்பெண் பெறுவோர்க்கு
வாய்ப்பு வழங்குவது போல பணிநியமனம் வழங்கினார் பல குழப்பங்கள்

ReplyDeletepeople can score 82 marks in tntet easily with the preparation of one day that is previous day of the Exam. But 100 and above is the fruit of 6 months.hard work..In the first exam I got 78 marks without preparation. So according to tet mark appointment can be done.

TET is enough to choose the best teacher.please tell me sir, which is not enough to choose the best teachers.To give an importance for their seniority and their experience because they are knowing student's problems as well as their's struggle.whether you have an experience which gives more knowledge and handle the students effectively, If you have these qualities, you are the best teacher in your field.whether you haven't experience,you are not fulfill this profession. ( ie., 50% you are fulfill remaining 50% must search somewhere.) like an experience.

ReplyDeletewhether the government takes only the TET marks,They are facing so many problems.judgement was passed by the court, TET is not enough to give the posting.you can add something.which is powerful valid to choose the best teacher.
