    This calculation gives only for 80%.... what about remaining 20% ??

    TET is a eligible exam only.Why take 60 mark from this.why not taken 50 mark from this and 50 mark from 12th,UG degree,B.ED.

    what about experience. If you want to take job in the private school the first eligibility is experience based on this they will appoint the staff . I am wondering that our government didn't care about experience then how they can provide a better education to the future generation .they should provide marks for experience too then only they can select good teacher ,merely book reading alone is not only a quality of teacher please consider this to as a quality of teacher.
