தமிழகத்தில், தேர்தல் பணியை தவிர்க்கும்
பொருட்டு, மருத்துவ விடுப்பில் செல்லும் ஊழியர்கள் மீது நடவடிக்கை எடுக்க
தேர்தல் ஆணையம் உத்தரவிட்டுள்ளது.தமிழகம் மற்றும் புதுச்சேரியில், ஒரே
கட்டமாக ஏப்., 24ம் தேதி, லோக்சபா தேர்தல் நடக்கும் என, தேர்தல் ஆணையம்,
நேற்று முன்தினம், அறிவித்தது.
அன்றைய தினம் முதலே, தேர்தல் நடத்தை
விதிமுறைகளும் அமலுக்கு வந்தன. இதற்கிடையே, தமிழகத்தில் பல்வேறு
மாவட்டங்களில், தேர்தல் பணியில் ஈடுபட உள்ள, ஊழியர்கள், தேர்தல் பணியை
தவிர்க்கும் பொருட்டு, மருத்துவ விடுப்பில் செல்ல முயல்வதாக தகவல்
கிடைத்துள்ளது. இதனை தடுக்க தேர்தல் ஆணையம் அதிரடி நடவடிக்கை எடுத்துள்ளது.
தேர்தல் ஆணைய உத்தரவில், 'தேர்தல் பணியில்
ஈடுபடும் ஊழியர்கள் மருத்துவ விடுப்பில் செல்ல முயன்றால், அவர்களின்
கோரிக்கைகள் உடனடியாக மருத்துவ குழுவிற்கு அனுப்பி வைத்து, ஒரு வார
காலத்திற்குள் அறிக்கை பெறப்படும். சம்பந்தப்பட்ட ஊழியர், தேர்தல் பணியில்
ஈடுபட உடல் தகுதியானவர் என, அறிக்கையில், தெரியவந்தால், அவர் மீது,
அதிகாரம் பெற்ற அலுவலர் மற்றும் மாவட்ட தேர்தல் அலுவலரால் நடவடிக்கை
மேற்கொள்ளப்படும்' என்று கூறப்பட்டுள்ளது.
தேர்தல் பணி என்பது நம் கடமை. வாக்களிப்பது எவ்வளவு அவசியமோ, அதே போலத்தான் இதுவும். ஆனால் உணமையிலே உடல்நிலை சரியில்லாதவர்கள் ,மகப்பேறு விடுப்பில் உள்ளவர்களுக்கு தவிர்ப்பு அளிக்கலாம்.

So to avoid this, the election commission may issue a certificate for voting at the booth itself. So they can produce this in their office on the next day. If they don't produce this, that leave can be treated as CL or LLP
ReplyDeleteNo. Its not a good idea. Because election duty will not be given for all govt employees. Only 60% of officials are needed to conduct an election. The remaining employees will not be given election duty even though theyare willing to do. If your idea is taken, there may be a situation that will suffer 40% employees.
