கூறப்படுவதாவது: நெட் தேர்வை எழுதும் OBC பிரிவு மாணவர்கள், தேர்வில்
தேர்ச்சிப் பெற்றவர்களாக அறிவிக்கப்பட வேண்டுமெனில், குறைந்தபட்சம் 60%
மதிப்பெண்கள் பெற வேண்டும். ஆனால், தற்போதைய புதிய முடிவின்படி, அவர்கள்
55% பெற்றாலே போதுமானது.

காலியாக இருக்கும் 40% பணியிடங்களில், அதிகளவில் SC/ST மற்றும் OBC
பிரிவினருக்கான பணியிடங்கள் காலியாக உள்ளன. இந்தப் பிரச்சினை தொடர்பாக,
ஏற்கனவே நீதிமன்றம் சென்ற ஒரு வழக்கின் அடிப்படையிலேயே இந்தப் புதிய முடிவு
