55%-below60%(82-89)=wt 39
60%-below65%(90-97)=wt 42
65%-below70%(98-104)=wt 45
70%-below75%(105-112)=wt 48
75%-below80%(113-119)=wt 51
81%-below85%(120-127)=wt 54
85%-below90%(128-134)=wt 57
90%-100%(135-150)=wt 60
(or)
Tet marks =weightage marks
1-10=4
11-20==8
21-30=12
31-40=16
41-50=20
51-60=24
61-70=28
71-80=32
81-90=36
91-100=40
101-110=44
111-120=48
121-130=52
131-140=56
141-150=60

This is the correct method for current weightage system. But marks should be given for employment Seniority and teaching experience. Then Only its complete.

This weightage system has so many negatives. How can you compare a degree percentage of Madras university and annamalai university? Are both equal?
