The Govt and The TRb announced Rules and regulation for TET examination for appoining Teacher post.One of the conditions is 60% marks and above is alone for passing TET examination and appoining Teacher post. They Conduct TET 2012 and sublimentary TET 2012 Test and appointed post on the bais of above rules and regulation.In the same way They conducted tet 2013 and completed C.V too. In the final state of selection for appoining teacher, the gov t. announced 5% marks that is 55% marks relaxation for revervation category is UNJUSTICE. Why they did not annouce b4 TET 2013 examination.The political parties paly election drama for havesting votes. The petitioner approaches High Court is in wright time decision and I appreciate the petitioner:s bravery action againt injustice and fight for justice.I pray god for the petitionar to attain victory in this struggle.We are not against relaxation against reservation category, if the relaxation applicable in the forthcomming TET 2014 exam and on wards. I fully hope on the honorable High Court to give historical Judgement in this case and made full stop the action of political parties at time of election.
