காத்திருப்போர், அடுத்த பணி நியமனத்தில், முன்னுரிமை கேட்க முடியாது. மதிப்பெண்
அடிப்படையில் தான், ஆசிரியர் பணி நியமனம் இருக்கும்' என, ஆசிரியர் தேர்வு வாரிய
(டி.ஆர்.பி.,) வட்டாரம் தெரிவித்தது.
டி.இ.டி., தொடர்பான, அரசின் அறிவிப்புகள் அனைத்தும்,மாறி மாறி வருவதால், இந்த விவகாரத்தில், முதல்வர் அவசரப்பட்டு விட்டதாகவும், தங்களை,அரசு அறிவிப்புகள் குழப்புவதாகவும், தேர்வு எழுதியவர்கள் கூறுகின்றனர். தேர்வு எழுதியவர்களின் கேள்விக் கணைகளைச் சமாளிக்க முடியாமல், டி.ஆர்.பி., சிக்கித் தவிக்கிறது.கடந்த ஆண்டு நடந்த ஆசிரியர் தகுதி தேர்வில், 27 ஆயிரம் பேரும், சமீபத்தில், முதல்வர் அறிவித்த, 5 சதவீத
மதிப்பெண் சலுகையின் காரணமாக, 47 ஆயிரம் பேரும், தேர்ச்சி பெற்றுள்ளனர்.
12 ஆயிரம் இடங்கள்மட்டுமே காலியாக உள்ள நிலையில், 74 ஆயிரம் பேர், தேர்வில் தேர்ச்சி பெற்றிருப்பது, பெரும்சிக்கலை உருவாக்கி உள்ளது. ஏனெனில், தேர்ச்சி பெற்ற அனைவரும், அரசு வேலை கிடைக்கும் என்றநம்பிக்கையில் உள்ளனர். தற்போதுள்ள காலி இடங்களுக்கு, தேர்வு பெறுவோர் போக, மீதம் உள்ளவர்களுக்கு, அடுத்த பணி நியமனத்தின்போது, முன்னுரிமை கிடைக்கும் என, தேர்வர்கள், எதிர்பார்த்து இருக்கின்றனர்.
ஆனால், இதில் உள்ள குழப்பத்தை நீக்குவதற்கு, டி.ஆர்.பி., முன்வரவில்லை.
எனினும், இந்த விவகாரம் குறித்து, டி.ஆர்.பி., வட்டாரம் கூறியதாவது: கடந்த, 2013 தேர்வில்தேர்ச்சி பெற்றோர், 5 சதவீத மதிப்பெண் சலுகையின் காரணமாக தேர்ச்சி பெற்றோர் ஆகிய இரு தரப்பினரின் மதிப்பெண்களையும் மதிப்பீடு செய்து, இட ஒதுக்கீடு வாரியாக, அதிக மதிப்பெண் பெற்ற விண்ணப்பதாரர்மட்டுமே, ஆசிரியர் பணிக்கு, தேர்வு செய்யப்படுவர். தேர்வு பெறாதவர்கள், அடுத்த காலிபணியிடங்களை நிரப்பும்போது, முன்னுரிமை கோர முடியாது. அடுத்து, மீண்டும், டி.இ.டி.,தேர்வு நடந்தால், அதில் தேர்ச்சி பெறுபவரின் மதிப்பெண் மற்றும் ஏற்கனவே, 2013ல் தேர்ச்சி பெற்று, அரசு பணி கிடைக்காமல் காத்திருக்கும் விண்ணப்பதாரருடைய மதிப்பெண் ஆகிய இரண்டையும் கலந்து, அதில்,அதிக மதிப்பெண் பெறும் விண்ணப்பதாரரே, அரசுப் பள்ளி ஆசிரியர் பணிக்கு, தேர்வு செய்யப்படுவார்.

Government knows already only 12,000 vacancies are available in this field.. after knowing that only govt announced this mark concession. Today Our government play negative roles in all others life! next time If TET exam will conduct means in that also government announce 5 percent mark concession! So people getting aware about this!

TN Govt has clearly announced that appointment will be done based on the marks obtained. So it was very clear in the early stage itself that those who get high marks will definitely get appointed. But most of them are confusing that if they clear TET they WILL get the job, which is not true. It may be noticed that as per CTET, the certificate is valid for 7 years from the date of issue and the same will be followed by TN Govt.

Those who have got high marks, you deserve to be teachers and will definitely get appointed soon. Good Luck.

Dear future teachers don't confused clearly hear the govt announced, then U improve your quality and get high marks. this method is followed all exam.

what is mean by high marks? i got 79% in12th and 80% inDTE d but my bad luck i got 89 in my tet paper 1. I put more hard work and effort it is not my mistake every one like this. JUST i ask only one question Why can t give 75000 jobs from the govt. I know there is more vaccancy in our govt because in MGR period and KAMARAJAR period oppointed nearly 100000 teachers in single time.They are all going to get retirement. so don t worry surely will get job for all the 75000 members

ReplyDeleteடி.இ.டி தேர்வர்களின் நிலையை எண்ணி மிகவும் வருந்துகிறேன்.இந்த விசயத்தில் முதல்வர் அவர்கள் அவசரப்பட்டு விட்டார்கள் என எண்ணுகிறேன் .சலுகை மதிப்பெண் இனி வரும் தேர்வுகளில் இருந்து பொருந்தும் என அறிவித்து இருந்தால் எந்த பிரச்சினையும் இல்லை....சரி என்ன செய்வது ....எல்லாம் நன்மைக்கே என மனசை தேற்றிக் கொள்ள வேண்டியது தான் ....
