    friends sorry to say this but this is very true, now HM promotions are going after finishing BT transfer the next step only the TRB will come to TET cv and appointments. so, it will take long time which means after election only they will give appointment. you can expect this June 2014.

    சார் விடுங்க சார் இவங்க எவ்ளோ case வேனா போடட்டும், டிலெ பன்ன பன்ன நமக்குத்தா சார் நல்லது, எப்படியும் case முடிய 4,5 மாசம் ஆகிரும்.

    அந்த 4,5 மாசத்துகுள்ள எப்படியும் ரிட்டயர்மென்ட், ப்ரொமொசன், அப்டி இப்டினு இன்னும் ஒரு 2500 காலி பணியிடங்கள் அதிகரிக்கும். அடுத்த டெட் நடத்த எப்டியும் இன்னும் 1 வருசம் ஆகும்.

    சோ நல்லா case பொடுங்க, போட்டுடே இருங்க....

    நான் கடந்த 2008 ல் ஆசிரியர் பட்டய பயிற்சியை DIET
    ODDANCHATRAM ல் முடித்தேன், தற்போது TET PAPER1 (2013) ல் வெற்றி
    பெற்றுள்ளேன்.
    TET PAPER1 க்கு SENIORITY யை அடிப்படையாக கொண்டு ஆசிரியர்கள் தேர்வு
    செய்ய படுவார்களா அல்லது WEIGHTAGE MARK (CUTOFF) யை அடிப்படையாக கொண்டு
    ஆசிரியர்கள் தேர்வு செய்ய படுவார்களா என்பதை தெளிவு படுத்துமாறு கேட்டு
    கொள்கிறேன்.

    இதனிடையே SECONDARY GRADE TEACHERS யை SENIORITY அடிப்படையில்தான்
    நியமிக்க வேண்டும் என்று CHENNAI HIGH COURT இடைக்கால உத்தரவு ஒன்றை
    வழங்கியதாகவும், அதை எதிர்த்து TAMILNADU GOVERNMENT SUPREME COURT ல்
    மேல் முறையீட்டு மனு தாக்கல் செய்ததாகவும் அறிகிறேன்.

    SUPREME COURT ல் இவ்வழக்கு நிலுவையில் இருக்கும் வரை அல்லது இறுதி
    தீர்ப்பு வரும் வரை இடை நிலை ஆசிரியர் நியமனம் சீனியாரிட்டி அடிப்படையில்
    இருக்க வேண்டும் என்ற இடைக்கால உத்தரவுக்கு இனங்க கடந்த 2012 TET ல்
    தேர்வு பெற்ற இடை நிலை ஆசிரியர்கள் நியமனம் இருந்தது என்பதும்
    தெளிவாகிறது.


    தற்போது இவ்வழக்கு தமிழக அரசால் திரும்ப பெற்று கொள்ளப் பட்டுள்ளதால் இடை
    நிலை ஆசிரியர் நியமனம் சீனியாரிட்டி அடிப்படையில் இருக்க வேண்டும் என்ற
    இடைக்கால உத்தரவு காலாவதி ஆகியுள்ளதாகவும் அறிகிறேன்.

    நிலைமை இவ்வாறு இருப்பதால்.....

    TET PAPER1 க்கு SENIORITY யை அடிப்படையாக கொண்டு ஆசிரியர்கள் தேர்வு
    செய்ய படுவார்களா அல்லது WEIGHTAGE MARK (CUTOFF) யை அடிப்படையாக கொண்டு
