தகுதித்தேர்வில் தேர்ச்சி பெறுவது கட்டாயம்: மெட்ரிக் பள்ளி ஆசிரியர்களுக்கு சிக்கல். அனைத்து ஆசிரியர்களும், 2016க்குள்,தகுதித்தேர்வில்தேர்ச்சி பெற்றிக்க வேண்டுமென,மெட்ரிக் பள்ளிகள் இயக்குனரகம் உத்தரவு
கட்டாய கல்வி உரிமைச் சட்டத்தில் ,பள்ளிகளில்10ம் வகுப்பு வரை,தகுதித்தேர்வில் தேர்ச்சி பெற்ற ஆசிரியர்களை மட்டுமே நியமிக்க வேண்டும் எனவும், 2010ஆக., 23க்கு பிறகு,நியமனம் பெற்ற ஆசிரியர்கள் 5 ஆண்டுகளுக்குள் தகுதித் தேர்வில் தேர்ச்சி பெற வேண்டுமெனவும் தெரிவிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது.
இதை,ஏற்கனவே பள்ளிக் கல்வித்துறை செயல்படுத்தியதால்,அரசு மற்றும்
உதவிபெறும் பள்ளிகளின் 2 ஆயிரத்திற்கும் மேற்பட்ட ஆசிரியர்கள்
பாதிக்கப்பட்டனர்.இந்நிலையில், 2016க்குள் மெட்ரிக் பள்ளிகளின்
ஆசிரியர்களும்,தகுதித் தேர்வில் தேர்ச்சி பெற்றிருக்க
வேண்டுமென,இயக்குனரகமும் உத்தரவிட்டது. இதனால்,பல தனியார் பள்ளிகளுக்கு
சிக்கல் ஏற்பட்டுள்ளது.தனியார் மெட்ரிக் பள்ளி நிர்வாகி ஒருவர் கூறுகையில்,
"ஏற்கனவே,தகுதித் தேர்வில் தேர்ச்சி பெற்ற சில ஆசிரியர்கள்,அரசு பள்ளிக்கு
சென்று விட்டனர். வருங்காலங்களிலும்,தகுதித் தேர்வில் தேர்ச்சி பெறும்
ஆசிரியர்கள் அரசு பணிக்கு தான் செல்வர்,தனியார் பள்ளியை விரும்ப
மாட்டார்கள். இதனால்,தனியார் பள்ளிகளை நடத்துவதில் சிக்கல் ஏற்படும்"
என்றார்.
Even now, teachers are being appointed in govt and aided schools without passing in TET by PTA in consolidated basis. I cannot understand the aim of the government. I think that the government don't want to pay the full salary those who do not pass in TET. The government do not bother to appoint teachers without pass in TET in less salary. If the government is correct in its aim, it should not appoint even in consolidated basis without pass in TET.

ReplyDeletedear friends good morning, Director told that all the teachers will be passed TET within 2016. That is his view and this govt. order. Why we bother about that. 3 more years. Same director or same govt. will not be at that time. so, leave that like a stone in the well.
ReplyDeleteOne of our friend comment that even kothanar kuda earning more than us. We are having more than 3 to 4 degrees also we are the basement of the students. Even Mr. Abdul kalam sir, also believed the school students only. They are the future India. We are developing the students. But some time we ourself think about our monitory benefit. In private schools, they are paying less than Rs. 8,000. If they can give atleast 75% of the govt. salary, then the director can order about the TET passed candidates in the matric school.
Friends, really the private teachers are under poverty only. Some body having family background. with the help of them we are running our daily life. Private schools asking us to wear good dressing with tie. 20% of the salary we spent for dress and travel. Balance what we do? Govt should think over it and pass their policy.
A lot of things I want to share U But Some of our friend will get boring. so I stop.
