தனியார் மெட்ரிகுலேஷன்
பள்ளிகள், சி.பி.எஸ்.இ., பள்ளிகளைத் துவங்க,
மாநில அரசின் அனுமதியைப் பெற வேண்டியதில்லை
என்று சி.பி.எஸ்.இ., அறிவித்திருப்பதால்,
பல தனியார் பள்ளிகள், சி.பி.எஸ்.இ., பள்ளிகளை
துவங்குவதற்கான ஏற்பாடுகளில் இறங்கியுள்ளன.
தமிழகத்தில், ஏறக்குறைய 100
பள்ளிகள், தற்போதைய வளாகங்களிலேயே CBSE பள்ளிகளைத் தொடங்குவதற்கான
ஏற்பாடுகளில் இறங்கியுள்ளதாக தகவல்கள் கூறுகின்றன.
ஏற்கனவே, பல தனியார் பள்ளிகள் அதிக கட்டணங்களை
வசூலித்து கொள்ளையடிக்க, CBSE திட்டத்திற்கு மாறிவிட்டன. தற்போது இந்த புதிய விதியால், இன்னும்
அதிகளவிலான CBSE பள்ளிகள் முளைக்கும் என்பது உறுதி என்று ஒரு தரப்பார்
தெரிவிக்கின்றனர்.
முன்பெல்லாம், மெட்ரிகுலேஷன்
பள்ளிகள், CBSE பள்ளிகளைத் தொடங்க மாநில அரசிடமிருந்து தடையில்லா சான்றுபெற, நீண்டநாள்
காத்திருக்க வேண்டும். ஆனால், தற்போது CBSE கொண்டு வந்துள்ள புதிய விதிமுறையால் காத்திருப்பு பிரச்சினையின்றி, உடனடியாக
அதற்கான ஆயத்தப் பணிகளைத் தொடங்கி விடலாம் என்று தனியார் பள்ளி வட்டாரங்கள்
தெரிவிக்கின்றன.
இதில் இன்னொரு சிக்கல் என்னவென்றால், மெட்ரிகுலேஷன்
பள்ளிகள், புதிதாக CBSE கல்வியைத் துவக்கும்போது, இங்கே படிக்கும் மாணவர்கள் பலர், அங்கே செல்வர்.
எனவே, மெட்ரிகுலேஷன் கல்வியில் போதியளவு மாணவர் சேர்க்கை இல்லையென்று கூறி, பல பள்ளிகள், தங்களின்
மெட்ரிகுலேஷன் கல்வி அமைப்பை கைவிடும். அதைத்தான் அப்பள்ளிகளும் விரும்புகின்றன.
எனவே, இந்தப் பிரச்சினையில் அரசு தலையிட்டு, சரியான நடைமுறையை வகுக்க வேண்டும். இல்லையேல், ஏற்கனவே, கல்வி உலகம், கொள்ளை உலகமாக இருக்கும் இன்றைய காலகட்டத்தில், இந்த நிலை தொடர்ந்தால், அது சீர்செய்யவே முடியாத அளவிற்கு சென்றுவிடும் என்று கல்வி ஆர்வலர்கள் கவலைத் தெரிவிக்கின்றனர்.

ReplyDeleteThe government which has all the deciding and executing power has to think, how it can improve the standard of education level in government schools and not to stop / or put hurdles in others path. In the private school no one is compelled to get admitted. Interested only strive and get the admission in private schools. knowing the expenditure and other disciplinary actions they wish to put their children in private schools. By this they not only loose the government benefits but also bare the expenditure for education. Government has to think what makes the difference between the government schools and private schools. Is it right to put hurdles to those who themselves bare their expenditure of their children. Strict and disciplinary actions extract the interest of the students and their parents in education.
