selection of college professors . why not to conduct competitive examination through on line and publish result.

The ruling government conduct competitive examination for B.T assistant and P.G Assistant in school level, But in selection of college professors through experience. What is this? This method EX ruling party conducted this method of selection, why they are followed, the same method. This information knowing by honorable chief minister or not. because they are having long vision and they are expect quality of education.
