மாநிலத்தில் நடைமுறையில் இருக்கும்
"ஆல்-பாஸ்' திட்டத்தால், 40 சதவீத மாணவர்கள் அடிப்படை வாசிப்பு திறன் கூட இன்றி, வகுப்புகளுக்கு வருவதாக உயர்நிலை ஆசிரியர்கள் அதிருப்தி
தெரிவித்துள்ளனர்.
"அனைவருக்கும் கல்வி இயக்கம்' திட்டத்தில், ஒன்று முதல் எட்டாம் வகுப்பு மாணவர்கள்
அனைவருக்கும், இடைநிற்றல் தடுப்பதற்காக, கட்டாய தேர்ச்சி வழங்கப்பட்டு வருகிறது. இதனால், மாணவர்களின் அடிப்படை கல்வித்திறன் முற்றிலும் பாதிக்கப்படுவதாக,
கல்வியாளர்கள் தெரிவித்துள்ளனர். மாநில
கல்வித்திட்டத்தில் 10ம் வகுப்பு மற்றும் பிளஸ் 2 பொதுத்தேர்வுகளுக்கு அதிக முக்கியத்துவம் தரப்படுகிறது. மதிப்பெண்,
தேர்வு என்ற நோக்கத்தில் கற்றல், கற்பித்தல் செயல்பாடுகள் நடந்து வருகின்றன.
இந்நிலையில், எவ்வித பயமும் இன்றி, ஒன்று முதல் ஒன்பது வகுப்புகளை மிக
எளிதாக கடந்து வரும் மாணவர்கள், 10ம் வகுப்பு பொதுத்தேர்வை எதிர்கொள்ள
மிகுந்த சிரமம் கொள்கின்றனர்.
பொதுத்தேர்வுக்கு தயாராகும் 10ம் வகுப்பு மாணவர்களுக்கு, வெறும் ஆறு
மாதங்களே கற்பித்தல் பணி நடக்கிறது. மீதம் உள்ள நாட்களில் மாதிரி தேர்வுகள்,
சிறப்பு வகுப்புகள் எடுக்கப்பட்டு, மாணவர்களை தேர்வுக்கு தயார் படுத்துகின்றனர். ஒன்பதாம் வகுப்பு
முடித்து, எவ்வித அடிப்படை கல்வித்திறனும் இன்றி 10ம் வகுப்புக்கு வரும் மாணவர்களுக்கு இணைப்பு பயிற்சி என்ற பெயரில்
எழுதுவது, வாசிப்பது என்று உயர்நிலை ஆசிரியர்கள்
பயிற்சி அளிக்கவேண்டிய அவலநிலை உள்ளது.
கோவை கல்வி மாவட்டத்தில், கடந்த மாதம் தொடக்கக் கல்வியில் 40 ஆயிரத்தும் மேற்பட்ட மாணவர்களுக்கு வாசிப்பு திறன் சார்ந்த ஆய்வு
மேற்கொள்ளப்பட்டது. இதில், சராசரி மாணவர்கள், பின்தங்கியுள்ள மாணவர்களை கண்டறிந்து, "புத்தக பூங்கொத்து' என்ற திட்டத்தில் நாளிதழ் வாசிப்பு,
புத்தகங்கள் வாசிப்பு போன்ற பயிற்சிகள்
வழங்கப்படுகின்றன.
தமிழ்நாடு பட்டதாரி ஆசிரியர் கழக மாநில
தலைவர் இளங்கோவன் கூறுகையில்,""அனைவருக்கும்
கட்டாய தேர்ச்சி என்பதால், மாணவர்கள் மத்தியில் அலட்சிய போக்கு
ஏற்படுகிறது. ""தொடக்க வகுப்புகளில் மாணவர்களின் திறன் மேம்படுத்தப்பட
வேண்டும். ஒன்பது ஆண்டுகள் எளிதாக தேர்ச்சி பெற்று வரும் மாணவர்களின், 40 சதவீதத்தினர் அடிப்படை வாசிப்புத் திறன் கூட இல்லாமல், உயர்நிலை வகுப்புகளுக்கு வருகின்றனர்.
""அனைத்து பாடங்களிலும் அடிப்படை அறிவு
இல்லாமல், மிகவும் பின்தங்கியுள்ளனர். அரசு
பள்ளிக்கல்வித்துறை சார்ந்த தெளிவான கொள்கை முடிவுகளை மேற்கொள்வது அவசியம்,''
என்றார்.
அரசு பள்ளி ஆசிரியர் பகத்சிங் கூறுகையில்,""அனைவருக்கும் கல்வி என்பது சரியானது. ஆனால், அனைவருக்கும் தேர்ச்சி என்பது கல்வியின் தரத்தை பின்னுக்கு தள்ளிவிடும். இதுகுறித்து அரசு ஆக்கப்பூர்வாக நடவடிக்கை எடுக்கவேண்டியது அவசியம்,'' என்றார்.
The primary school teachers should work with dedication. This must be supervised properly by the officials. The teacher-students ratio should never increase than 1:20
ReplyDeleteAbsolutely correct, As like Elangovan sir and Bagathsingh sir told, Eventhough all people are educated, the education one side become very low due to all pass system upto 9th standard.

ReplyDeleteLearning is not an interesting job to the students . Making the students to be disciplined also makes the students hesitate learning. Then the teachers have to inculcate education where there is no compulsion to the students or to those parents of the students for learning. All the governments try to do favor to learning society by giving monetary benefits but there is no primsoline to get those benefits. Government has to frame certain rules for the students and the parents to get the monetary or other benefits; like getting minimum marks / grade in the day to day learning. The government has the right to decide and do for the benefit of the society and not to waste the society's wealth. Who learns only can avail the benefits from the education department and no one else.

the all pass system and free from evil behavier the students bocoming worst and they scold and neglect disipline. teachers are very upset by govt. rules due to voting

dear sir , i would like to get answer from govt. teachers though 2nd parents are taking care as the first parents of the students. the teachers can not control and ask any misbehavier of the students. if so how can the teacher make the students as the pillars of future india,. how can the teachers make the students as the ideal students.??? because there is no any safety and security to all the teachers. no right to to care of the students. govt spoil the education system
