- Community should be verified only from the community certificate which is issued by the Competent authority in the name of father (The ST community certificate should have been issued only in the rank of Revenue Division Officers). If married women produces community certificate in husband’s name, such candidates are to be treated as General Turn. Other state community certificates are not valid. So such candidates are also to be treated as General Turn only.
- Candidate who have studied 10+2+3+1 pattern of study are only eligible for the post of graduate Assistant i.e., SSLC, HSC, UG Degree, B.Ed.,/B/Ed., Special Education/TPT/D.T.Ed.,
- Minority language candidates must have studied one of the subjects in that particular language.
- Physically Challenged / Visually impaired.
Percentage of deformity should be
entered in the Certificate. For visually
impaired 100% is essential.
- Candidates selected with Certificates from Other States, which are NOT Evaluated may be evaluated before appointment.
- The Certificates of the candidates selected with qualifications in subjects other than the Nine Subjects (i.e. Tamil, English, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Botany, Zoology, History and Geography or its equivalent subjects) must be ascertained for their equivalence, otherwise they need not be given appointment.
- Wherever discrepancies in spelling of the names and initials of the candidates are found, only the spelling in the X Standard Mark Sheet is taken into account. Hence appointment orders to such candidates must be issued only after getting necessary corrections in their certificates.
